Burners
Low-emission gas burners (referred to as Low NOx) are technologically advanced units designed to significantly reduce the formation of harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) and carbon monoxide (CO) emissions when gas is burned.
The burner design markedly reduces the formation of nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide. With natural gas we achieve 60 mg/m³ NOx with flue gas recirculation and 100 mg/m³ without it.
Every burner is designed to the specific requirements of the customer and matched to the given combustion equipment.
The rated output covers the range from district heating boilers to large industrial plants.
The gas nozzles are adjustable both axially and radially, and from the outside — without entering the combustion chamber.
The burner adapts easily to existing and new boiler houses; combustion air is supplied through a damper with adjustable vanes.
Every burner is designed individually, according to the customer's specific requirements. The burner is matched to the combustion equipment so that the combustion process is as efficient as possible. The design of our own burners follows the latest trends in use today.
We supply turnkey combustion equipment with one or more burners, valve trains, blowers for cooling and ignition air, preheaters, pumps and controls — from the fuel supply all the way to the burners, including the control system. We also provide complete documentation for the combustion equipment, including technical inspection supervision during commissioning.
