Privacy policy + Cookies

Your privacy matters to us. In this policy we explain what personal data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

We process only the data you provide to us yourself through the contact form, or when you approach us by e-mail or telephone:

• first name and surname,
• telephone number,
• e-mail address,
• the content of your message (for example a description of the equipment enquired about or a service question).

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your data so that we can handle your enquiry, answer your question and, where applicable, prepare a quotation or a contract. The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in dealing with your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We keep personal data for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and thereafter for the period required by law or for as long as our legitimate interest lasts (as a rule no longer than 3 years from the last contact). We then delete it securely.

5. Recipients of the data

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be accessed only by our processors providing the operation of the website and e-mail communication (the hosting provider and the website administrator), and only on the basis of a data processing agreement.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Necessary cookies are what the site needs in order to work — they remember the language version and your consent settings; they are stored without consent, because without them the site could not be used. Optional cookies are stored only once you have given us your consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of the website. The current list of cookies used by the site can be found at the end of this page.

7. Google Maps

On the Contact page we display a map with the company's registered office from the Google Maps service (Google Ireland Limited). The map loads only after you have given your consent — until then nothing is sent from the page to Google. When the map is displayed, Google processes your IP address and may store its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy.

8. Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right:

• of access to your personal data,
• to rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data,
• to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"),
• to restriction of processing,
• to data portability,
• to object to processing,
• to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent,
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
