Every burner is designed individually to the customer's requirements and to the parameters of the particular combustion equipment. Thanks to modern design, an optimised combustion process and wide fuel flexibility, burners from Hořáky Třebíč deliver high efficiency, reliable operation and straightforward integration into new and existing boiler houses.
Hořáky Třebíč burners are designed to measure with regard to the specific technology, operating conditions and customer requirements. Every solution is optimised to deliver the most efficient possible combustion process, high operational reliability and long equipment life. The design follows the latest technical trends and makes it possible to actively influence the course of combustion of both gaseous and liquid fuels.
The combustion equipment reliably fires all types of fuel gas as well as light and heavy fuel oils. Precise metering of combustion air is provided by a damper with adjustable vanes, while axially and radially adjustable gas nozzles allow easy external setting to reach optimum operating parameters. Internal flue gas recirculation, or optionally external recirculation, can also form part of the solution.
The burners are designed for new and modernised boiler houses and can easily be adapted to existing combustion systems. They reliably fire all common gaseous and liquid fuels in the output range of 8 to 80 MW. On more demanding projects we use numerical simulation of flow and combustion in ANSYS Fluent, which allows the design to be optimised before it is built. Hořáky Třebíč also supplies complete turnkey combustion equipment – from the fuel supply and valve trains through blowers, preheaters and pumps to the burners with their control system, ready for quick installation and reliable operation.
